Chautauqua County officials say the damage from the recent flash floods that hit several towns and villages in the North County continues to add up. According to County Executive Vince Horrigan, damage now totals nearly $9 million. During his visit to the County Fair, Horrigan says they are still awaiting word on whether there will be a Small Business Administration disaster declaration. He says it doesn't appear likely there is enough damage for a FEMA declaration.
