Vehicle strikes building in Dunkirk

There were no injuries after a vehicle struck the side of a building located near a business on West Lucas Avenue in the city of Dunkirk Friday afternoon.  Dunkirk Police are investigating the crash that occurred around 12:45 pm at the Care Center at 15 West Lucas Avenue.  A white pickup struck the side of a building that housed oxygen equipment.  Dunkirk Fire Chief Mike Edwards Police and Fire Department units responded to the scene.

The crash left a large hole in the side of the building and cause extensive damage to the front of the pick up truck. There were no injuries.
