Over 300 students from several area schools took part in the Northern Chautauqua Special Olympics held at the State University of New York at Fredonia on Wednesday. It's the 28th the event has been held in the North County area. WDOE's Dan Palmer, who has covered most of them, interviewed several of the special athletes who took part in the latest edition.
