A Jamestown man is one of three men indicted by a federal grand jury in Buffalo today. U.S. Attorney William Hochul announcing that jurors returned a 14 count indictment charging 32-year-old Barrett Johnson of Jamestown and two Buffalo men, 47-year-old Richard Clarke and 31-year-old Joshua Castro with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of $1 million. In addition, Castro is charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances which is also punishable by 20 years in prison.
