A Blasdell man is facing charges following a traffic stop on Route 39 in the town of Collins. State Police say they stopped 24-year-old Nicholas O'Connor on Sunday for speeding. Troopers found O'Connor to be in possession of 200 Xanax pills and approximately 15 grams of marijuana and charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree with intent to sell and unlawful possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned in Collins Town Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $10,000 cash bail.
