A Celoron man is facing first degree forgery and petit larceny charges following an investigation by the State Police in Jamestown. Troopers say they arrested 24-year-old Zachary Card after he allegedly stole a checkbook and wrote a total of nine checks, illegally obtaining $835 over a six-month period. After being processed at SP Jamestown, Card was arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
