Two residents from Cherry Creek are facing charges after an investigation into a burglary in the village. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they have charged 33-year-old Joshua Steward and 27-year-old Margarita Morales, both of Main Street with criminal possession of stolen property 5th. The burglary occurred at a residence also located on Main Street. Deputies say that some of the items taken in the burglary were recovered during the investigation. Steward and Morales will appear in Cherry Creek Town Court at a later date.
