Chautauqua County Democrats will have two representatives attending next week's Democratic National Convention and one of them will be the top elected official from the city of Dunkirk. Rosas-Clinton familiar with Dunkirk
Rosas, a retired state trooper, also served on the security detail during President Clinton's visit to Chautauqua Institution in 1996. The mayor looks forward to next week's trip and expects to make some contacts while at the DNC.
