A 20 minute firework finale brought the 177th Erie County Fair in Hamburg to a conclusion Sunday night. Erie County Fair officials say attendance for the 12-day run was down by 15 percent from 2015, with over 986,000 people turning out. Fair officials say the decrease is being attributed to weather conditions. Next year's fair, the 178th edition, run from August 9-20, 2017.
