Two South County residents are facing drug related charges after a report of drug activity in one of the rooms of the Comfort Inn Motel on Route 60 near Jamestown Saturday evening. The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, assisting Ellicott Town Police detained 30-year-old Jensen Vazquez of Jamestown and 27-year-old Jessica Stanford of Ashville after they were found smoking marijuana inside one of the rooms. After obtaining a search warrant for the room, investigators located 33 grams of cocaine, 7 grams of heroin, a loaded semi-automatic pistol with extra ammunition, drug parahernalia and quantity of cash.
