A Mayville woman was hospitalized after a one-vehicle accident late Thursday night in the Town of Ellery. According to Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, 40-year-old Carina Braymiller was traveling west on Route 430 at about 10:40 PM, when she crossed over the center line and entered a field. Her vehicle continued through the field and struck several trees before coming to a stop. Braymiller was taken to a local hospital by Maple Springs Fire for non-life threatening injuries. Further investigation found that Braymiller was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Ellery Town Court on charges of DWI and failure to keep right.
