The Applied Communication Association of the State University of New York at Fredonia will be hosting its 12th Fall Sweep in conjunction with the annual Days of Service this Sunday, October 30. Fall Sweep is a volunteer event through which Fredonia students serve the community by raking leaves on Temple Street, Central Avenue and small side streets in the Village. Registration and a free breakfast for student participants will be held at 9:30 a.m. in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room, followed by a ceremony at 10 a.m. Leaf raking will begin at 10:30 a.m.
