AG says most crime guns used in New York come from out-of-state

Where do the guns used in violent crimes committed in New York State come from? It's a question that New York Attorney General Eric Sneiderman's office has look into and has come up with some answers. Schneiderman today released an analysis of over 50,000 "crime guns" recovered by law enforcement across the state and that 74 percent of the weapons came from out-of-state and nearly nine-out-of-ten recovered handguns also originated from outside New York...
