The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating an Olean man who has been reported missing since November 1. The Criminal Investigation Bureau says that 49-year-old Noel Dixon was last seen on October 7 on Henley Street in Olean. Noel speaks with an Irish accent. Anyone with information on Dixon's whereabouts or has had contact with him is urged to call the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office at 938-2573 or 938-2605.
