A North East, Pennsylvania man is facing several charges including felony DWI under Leandra's Law after a crash around 9:30pm Monday night in the Town of Mina. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they responded to the one vehicle crash on West Mina Road. After an investigation, deputies arrested the driver 36-year-old Adam McCracken. A child under the age 16 was in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Besides felony DWI, McCracken has also been charged with DWI, DWI Per Se, speed not reasonable, and move from lane unsafely. He'll appear in Mina Town Court at a later date.
