Rosas to negotiate plans for another waterfront hotel

Could a second hotel for the city of Dunkirk's waterfront be in the works?  Mayor Willie Rosas announced at Tuesday's Common Council meeting that he will be meeting with Erie Land Development LLC on Monday to negotiate plans for another hotel. The hotel would be located on city owned land between the waterfront's only hotel, the Clarion, and Tim Hortons.  Rosas could not give out a lot of details...

The city has had discussions with the developer since last fall.
