An Olean woman is facing harassment in the 2nd degree after a domestic violence incident Sunday night in Olean that involved a man in a wheelchair. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say that 45-year-old Denise Gardner allegedly pushed Chad Ketchner in his wheelchair and hit him in the face. Gardner was arraigned in Olean Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Deputies say Gardner was then taken to Olean General Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
