A ribbon cutting was held Wednesday for a new look for the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services offices on 110 East 4th Street in Jamestown. The Central Intake areas, formerly located on the second floor of the building, have been relocated to the basement level, which was the location of the former Department of Motor Vehicles. Officials say the move offers a new and improved access point for front end service delivery.
