A crash on Wednesday evening on Route 60 in the town of Gerry has led to DWAI and unlawful possession of marijuana charges against a Jamestown man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say 18-year-old Johnathan Camacho was driving a vehicle that went off the roadway. An investigation by the deputies found the vehicle was apparently traveling too fast for weather conditions. They also allege that Camacho was driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. A records check showed Camacho did not have a drivers license.
