A Mayville man is facing alcohol- and drug-related charges after an overnight traffic stop in the village. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Derek Pratt on Patterson Street just before 1:00 AM Saturday. An investigation revealed that Pratt was allegedly intoxicated and had a small quantity of marijuana. Pratt was issued appearance tickets for DWI, no distinctive plate, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
