A Lancaster man is facing aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies checked out a suspicious situation at a business on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan early Sunday morning. Deputies say they were able to located and stop the vehicle in the town of Hanover. During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 19-year-old Alexi Ruiz was found to have a suspended drivers license. He was issued a traffic ticket and released to a licensed driver. Ruiz will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
