A Forestville man has been charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting from the Dollar General store in the Town of Hanover. According to Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, 28-year-old Jonathan Eggleston took merchandise from the store on Thursday without paying for it. Eggleston was issued an appearance ticket on Saturday and is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
