A Jamestown man is facing charges after he was allegedly impaired by drugs while behind the wheel Saturday morning in the south county city. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers checked on a vehicle parked at a closed business on Fluvanna Avenue just before 2:30 AM and found that the driver, 42-year-old Robert Ormsby, was impaired by drugs while driving. Deputies also discovered that his license was suspended for a prior impaired driving conviction. Ormsby will appear in Jamestown City Court on charges of felony aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, and unlicensed operation.
