A 49-year-old man from the Bronx will appear in court after a traffic stop early Sunday in the Town of Dunkirk. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over Derrick Montgomery for speeding on Brigham Road just after 1:15 AM. Deputies found that Montgomery had a suspended license. He was charged with speeding, unlicensed operation, and aggravated unlicensed operation, and is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
