Two Stockton women are facing charges after a fight that became physical around 5 pm Sunday at a residence on West Railroad Avenue. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say 23-year-old Karen Miller allegedly hit 19-year-old Victoria Miller in the face. Victoria Miller then allegedly grabbed a reciprocating saw and started swinging it at Karen, scratching her legs and wrist. Victoria then grabbed a metal crow bar and hit Karen Miller in the arm, causing a cut. Deputies arrested Victoria Miller, charging her with 3rd degree assault. She was arraigned in Charlotte Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail with bail. Karen Miller was charged with Harassment 2nd and will appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
