A Dunkirk man accused of using a debit card belonging to another individual is facing a court appearance after an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say that 25-year-old Marcus Feagin has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 28th in the town of Dunkirk. Feagin will appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
