A Stockton man is facing some charges after an investigation into a two-vehicle accident Monday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on Cassadaga-Stockton Road at about 8:00 PM. Further investigation found that 29-year-old Joshua Burke was traveling south, and he rear-ended a vehicle that was driven by 40-year-old Andrew Hall of Sherman. Burke was taken to Westfield Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. He was charged with 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance, and unsafe tires.
