The Chautauqua County Office for the Aging will be hosting a series of countywide health insurance public forums during the first week of October. The forums will provide information to seniors, veterans, and caregivers as they prepare for medicare open enrollment, which runs from October 15th through December 7th. The first forum will take place Tuesday, October 3rd at the Findley Lake Community Center from 1:00-3:00 PM. The second will be held on Wednesday, October 4th at Harvest Chapel in Fredonia from 1:00-3:00 PM, and the third will be on Thursday, October 5th at the Chautauqua Mall in Lakewood from 1:00-4:00 PM.
