New York's Department of Health Commissioner has issued a warning that federal cuts will jeopardize health care for 350,000 children across the state. On Wednesday, Commissioner Howard Zucker outlined his concerns in a letter to the acting secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Zucker also warns that Governor Andrew Cuomo will have no choice but to call a special session of the State Legislature.
