A Dunkirk resident has been charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Route 60 near Cassadaga on Monday. State Police in Jamestown say they pulled over the vehicle for failing to dim its high beams. While speaking to the occupants, Troopers say they smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. During a search, 20-year-old Magalia Gonzalez Colon was found to be in possession of a pipe containing marijuana. Gonzalez Colon will appear in Charlotte Town Court later this month.
