A traffic stop on Route 394 in the Town of Poland has led to charges against a motorist from Jamestown. On Tuesday, State Police pulled over 42-year-old Leonard Davis for a traffic violation, and a check of Davis' non-driver ID revealed two suspensions. While being taken into custody, Davis was found to be in possession of a bag containing five grams of marijuana. Davis was arraigned in Poland Town Court on charges of 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuna. He was released after posting bail.
