A 24-year-old Dewittville man is facing a drug charge after a report of an unwanted male on East Main Street in the village of Brocton early this morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they located Jerome Rogerson at 53 East Main Street around 12:30 am. A investigation determined that Rogerson had a small quantity of meth in his possession. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. He'll answer the charge in Brocton Village Court at a later date.
