A Stockton man was arrested after becoming disorderly at a local establishment late Friday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Stockton Grill on County Route 380 shortly after 11:30 PM and found 21-year-old Mark Eppinger, Jr. Deputies asked Eppinger to leave the location multiple times. He then allegedly became disorderly outside. Eppinger physically resisted arrest, and while in custody, he continued being disorderly and damaged a patrol car. Eppinger was charged with disorderly conduct, 4th-degree criminal mischief, and resisting arrest, then taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
