Sigular says it took about 15 minutes to bring the blaze under control, and all the tenants were out when crews arrived. However, Sigular says two cats perished in the blaze. He says the house is uninhabitable right now, and it's not clear whether it will be torn down or not...

There is no cause yet for the blaze. Sigular says a woman living in one of the apartments passed away earlier in the day.
