An Olean man is facing several charges after he allegedly fled the scene of a crash on Buffalo Road in the town of Allegany in Cattaraugus County Tuesday night. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say the driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old Rolland Neilly, was later located in the city of Olean. A passenger in the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was transported to ECMC in Buffalo. Deputies arrested Neilly, charging him with unlawfully fleeing a police officer, causing serious injury to a 3rd party and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash. He was arraigned in local court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond.
