Flood Watch dropped, snowfall over higher terrain

The National Weather Service discontinued the Flood Watch during the afternoon.  There were no reports of any major flooding.  Dropping temperatures has changed the rain to snow.  Forecasters expected snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches Monday night, with the snow changing to snow showers after midnight.  More snow showers are expected Tuesday morning with snow and rain showers during the afternoon.  Additional accumulations of 1 to 2 inches.  The greatest accumulations will occur over the higher terrain.
