A Stockton man is facing charges following a report of a physical altercation that occurred at a residence in the town of Stockton last Thursday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 41-year-old Jason Evans is accused of punching another individual in the face. He also allegedly removed the battery from the victim's car. Evans has been charged with criminal tampering in the 3rd degree and harassment 2nd. He was remanded to the County Jail on bail.
