A Ripley man is accused of taking a quantity of pills from a residence in the town of Ripley that did not belong to him. Sheriff's deputies say that an investigation is alleging that 18-year-old Kirkland Dulmus had stolen 32 pills. He's been charged with petit larceny and will appear in Ripley Town Court at a later date.
