Two Franklinville residents are facing felony grand larceny charges after they allegedly used a stolen credit card to purchase beef jerky, beer and cigarettes from a store in the town of Yorkshire in Cattaraugus County. Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard says that 37-year-old Mary Gray and 36-year-old Kenny Everts were arrested on Monday. The credit card was in a purse that was reportedly stolen from a Sardinia bar earlier this month. After looking at the victim's credit card statement, a detective reviewed videos from surveillance cameras at the store leading to the arrests of Gray and Everts. Both were later released on appearance tickets.
