A Jamestown woman who was working as a home health care aide in Frewsburg is accused of stealing money from someone's bank account. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has charged 36-year-old Charlene Vergith with 4th-degree grand larceny and 2nd-degree identity theft. An investigation into several incidents in December and January revealed that Vergith allegedly used one of her client's bank cards and information to steal money from the victim's account. Vergith will answer the charges in Carroll Town Court.
