A Portland man is facing a weapon-related charge after an incident on Saturday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they went to a residence on Route 380 in the Town of Portland to check the well-being of a resident there. During an investigation, 35-year-old Paul Dunn III was found to be in possession of a firearm. Dunn was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree. He was released with an appearance ticket.
