An East Randolph woman is facing criminal trespass and petit larceny charges after she had allegedly taken a puppy. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department, 39-year-old Sonja Walsh was arrested after being accused of going into a neighbor's apartment and taking their puppy. She will appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date.
