Voters in two area school districts have said yes to merging their districts. In a straw vote held on Tuesday, residents in both the Brocton Central School District and the Westfield Academy and Central School District approved the non-binding vote. The results were 468 to 77 in Brocton Central and 508 to 168 in the Westfield School District. A second vote will be held in October.
