A Little Valley resident has been charged with 1st-degree rape, 1st-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, and 3rd-degree obscenity after an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. 40-year-old Deborah Timblin was taken into custody at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office without incident on Tuesday and arraigned in Little Valley Town Court. Timblin was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $50,000 cash bail, $100,000 bond and $125,000 non-secured bond. The Sheriff's Office says Timblin will face an additional court appearance at a later date.
