Clarence Thomas Curtis of Dunkirk died Sept. 11, 2014 at his residence.
He was born Oct. 18, 1947 in Queens, NY.
Clarence was an employee of A. Sam & Son Trucking. He also worked for the city of Dunkirk as a driver and at the waste water plant.
He loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed listening to old music.
He was a member of the Dunkirk Moose Lodge.
Clarence leaves to mourn his death two daughters, Scierra S. Curtis of Dunkirk and Ashley S. Curtis of Buffalo, NY; and a son, Jaquan Anderson of Dunkirk.
He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Susan Curtis; and two sisters, Margaret and Sue, all of New York City.
Clarence is also survived by three granddaughters, Jayara Curtis-Jackson, Unyque C.T. Curtis and Semaj Jackson, all of Dunkirk; stepdaughters Lisa and Nikki Faison; grandsons Trevon Tripp, Demetrious Goldsmith and Aaskia Faison; a special son and friend, Jason L. Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at the Larson-Timko Funeral Home, 20 Central Ave., Fredonia, NY.
