Martin Lay, Jr., of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, passed away suddenly July 25, 2015 at the age of 16 years.
Beloved son of Martin Lay and Wendy John. Brother of Wind Dancer Parker, Larissa M. Lay, Ashley N. Lay, Rhiannon L. Lay, Daven M. Lay, Taylor R. Patterson, Sennie L. Lay and the late Baby Girl John. Grandson of Richard and Yolaine John and Henry and Carolyn Lay. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28 at the Longhouse, Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 29 at 10:00 AM.
Martin was a student at Gowanda School and member of the Newtown Golden Eagles Minor Lacrosse Association. He was also a member of the Turtle Clan and the Longhouse.
