Kenny A. Strong, 38, of Sinclairville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Brooks Memorial Hospital. Born August 21, 1977 in Jamestown, son of Gary (Harriet) Strong and Roxanne Elderkin Boughton all of Sinclairville.
He was a 1995 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School.
Kenny was employed in mechanical repair for the last five years at Dunkirk Specialty Steel and previously for seven years at Lutheran Social Services in maintenance and at Crawford Furniture as an assembler.
He enjoyed anything outside including; riding ATVs, BMX biking, working on and restoring classic and antique cars, grilling and was fondly known by his family as "The Grill Master," being with his German Shepherd "Bear," playing pool and most of all spending time with his children.
Fiance of Megan Weeks, with whom he made his home; father of Kyle, Kylie and Kendra; brother of Leanne (Mark Briggs) Strong all of Sinclairville; stepbrother of Alan and Jay Estus, both of Jacksonville, NC, Timothy Estus of El Paso, TX, Arthur Estus II of Sheffield, PA, Teresa Anderson of Olean and Renee Bird of Falconer; grandson of the late, Gene and Cora Brown, Donald and Mabel Strong, Andrew and Dorothy Elderkin; future son-in-law of Robin (Jeffrey) Tornstrom and Michael (Ana) Weeks. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, including Jim and Betty Wielgasz.
Visitation 4-6 p.m. Sunday, August 30 in the Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville, with a prayer service at 6 p.m.
Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials to his children's college fund are appreciated.
