Philip Allen Wilkinson, 79, of Dunkirk, NY passed away on November 23, 2015 following a battle with cancer. He was born on December 18, 1935 to Lewis A. and Margaret Gemler Wilkinson.
He was predeceased by his parents; his brothers, Eldred and Louis; and his wife, Mary Jo Brigham-Wilkinson. Survivors include his sister, Winifred Fisher of North East, PA; his son, Philip E. Wilkinson of Dunkirk, NY; and many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
