Jeffrey A. Cardot, Jr., 31, of Center Road, Cassadaga passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Jamestown on July 19, 1984, the son of Jeffrey and Linda (Reynolds) Cardot, Sr. of Cassadaga.
He was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 2002 and attended Alfred State College.
Mr. Cardot was currently working as a Mechanic for Don Case Auto Parts, Little Valley for four years. He also previously worked for Valley Tire as a mechanic and for Gullo Landscaping. Mr. Cardot enjoyed snowmobiling, playing with his nieces and nephews and doing things for other people.
Besides his parents, survivors include three sisters, Melinda (Randy) VanArsdale of Cassadaga; Crystal Cardot of Fredonia and Ashley (Stephen) Lindquist of Cassadaga; and a brother, Steven Cardot of Eden, NC. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Alice Reynolds of Jamestown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Marvin and Jean Cardot; maternal grandfather, Ernest Reynolds; uncle, Larry Cardot; aunt, Jan Hume; and two nephews, Zackery and Justin VanArsdale.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Sunday, May 22 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM, from where funeral services will be held Monday, May 23 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Bruce M. Ellis, pastor of the Forestville Wesleyan Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Burnham Hollow Cemetery, Town of Arkwright.
