Richard R. Russell, 90, of Collins, NY passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Gowanda Nursing Home. He was born September 25, 1925 in the house that he lived in his entire life, and was the son of the late Daniel and Gertrude (Kreitner) Russell.
Mr. Russell was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He, along with his brothers, grew up on and owned and operated Russell Brothers' Farm in Collins.
Mr. Russell was predeceased by two brothers, Leslie (Helen) Russell and Fred Russell; and a nephew, Terry Russell. He is survived by his niece, Gail Russell of Collins.
Burial will be in Collins Center Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Collins Little League Baseball.
